Everything was great at TKP Sunlife, the friendly staff, the location of the hotel is across the street from Hakata Station. The shops and great food is all just a couple of minutes away. The room was amazing and it was very spacious, the view of the city was great. Will be staying here again very soon when in Fukuoka. 10/10

Location was excellent as it was just opposite HAKATA station. Room was just adequate for one person. Bathroom was very good.

The negative reviews of this hotel are unfair. We found the staff exceptionally helpful and friendly. The room was well appointed, very clean, fresh and good linen. The location is in the doorstep of trains and underground. Thoroughly enjoyable stay.

The hotel exceeded my expectations because of the free coffee in the reception area! We really appreciated it especially after the long travel and tours. There was also a common available microwave oven in the hotel. The reception is available 24/7. The provided free bath scrub was useful. Also, I liked the available Japanese-styled robe. We took pictures wearing it.

Location was great just cross the road you will arrive Hakata Station. Staff so helpful.

Very near to Hakata station and to many shopping areas and restaurants. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Room size is good for one person.

Location is so close with Hakata Station Chigushi Gate.
